Authors who publish with the International Journal of Community Service and Empowerment (IJCSE) agree to the following terms:

   Authors retain copyright of their work. The journal is granted the right of first publication.

   All articles are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows others to:

   • Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format

   • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially

   Provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the source.

3. Author’s Rights
   Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.

4. No Article Processing Charges (APC)
   Publishing in IJCSE is free of charge. Authors are not required to pay submission, processing, or publication fees.
